Change of Mind Returns
In general, we will accept a change of mind return only if the product is still in its unopened original packaging. It will need to be shipped back to the point of origin at the buyer's expense, and refund will only be issued upon the intact receipt of the item.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case that the item arrives damaged then it will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. The buyer may be required to return the item or ship it to another location, depending on the condition and circumstances. In this case, a return shipping label will be issued.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
